It has been a couple of weeks since my last music monday . My internet is currently down , so i haven’t been able to update my itunes reguarly 😥 . I should hopefully be up and running again soon and keep you guys regaurly updated on all the hottest tracks .
In the meantime , i thought i would share some of the songs that i have been playing over the last month. Some are new , some are old. I suggest you keep an eye out on all these artists!!
Lola Rae – She knows , he knows
Lola Rae , can sing , dance and she is beautiful . I am expecting big things from her this year . She collaborates with P2J on this track . I really like the beat, I have also added her collabo with BOJ ‘ ginger’ .
Axterix – Sangele
Mr Radiate is back with his new single ‘Sangele’ .. Radiate ft Kay Switch was one of my summer jams and i have been patiently waiting for his next single ever since. Axterix was also nominated for rookie of the year at the Headies awards. He is definitly on his grind and i am sure 2014 will be a big year for him .
BOJ – BOTM ( Boj on the microphone )
Boj releases the video for his single BOTM. BOJ has featured on major hits such as ‘Omo Pastor’ and ‘ Feel Alright ‘ He is 1/3 of the DRB crew. I like to call BOJ the young Naija Nate Dogg , i love his voice and his style . I can’t wait to hear some new material from him. I really enjoyed his mixtape , i have added one of my fav tracks Cruella below .
Yung L – Red rose remix ft M.i & Jesse Jagz
Yung L is a member of the Grip boiz and has a few singles out . This is by far my favourite , and no it is not just because it features my two husbands lool. I love the beat , i love M.I ‘s verse, the song just does something to me . I have been watching Yung L since he featured on Ice Prince’s Magician and his verse on Ice Prince’s Gimmie Dat sealed the deal for me. ‘ Let’s get high , i love you , pose for em like the bad girls do ‘ *Strikes pose * I heard you like high grade , well me too . So just light it up and just pass it thru …
I have added Gimmie Dat too . I actually dont have any words for you if you havent heard this song yet *side eye*…
